In his three years with a busy sheriff's office, he covered an enormous number of cases and arrested many individuals for a variety of crimes. Tellingly, 90% of those he arrested thanked him. He offers life-changing tools for his fellow law enforcement colleagues called "Humane Policing" that can better serve their communities. His apprach has the potential to improve relations between officers and the general public, plus induce cooperation between them, ultimately improving public's image of law enforcement on a national scale.
