The World's First Acid-Free Coffee
For Beyond 50's "Business" talks, listen to an interview with Tyler Ornstein. He is the founder of Tylers Coffee, the world's first acid-free coffee developed by his father, Ian, a genius biochemist. At 14-years-old, Tyler shared the revolutionary coffee with neighbors and friends, then bringing the product to market on his bicycle at 16. Today, Tylers Coffee boasts 80% growth year-over-year with more than 2,000,000 cups sold. Find out their proprietary, computerized Z-Roasting system and how Tyler had made incredible in-roads for someone not backed by millions of dollars.
Fake News: 1960s Versus Now. What Has Changed?
For Beyond 50's "Political" talks, listen to an interview with Paul Van Buskirk. He'll talk about the term "fake news" that has become more prevalent since the 2016 election, but erroneous reporting is nothing new - especially when it comes to politics. Buskirk learned this the hard way during his rise to political power that led to a historic victory in 1963 in New York under the Citizen's Party. You'll learn how to spot fake news amid one of the most important elections of our lifetime; The Lightning Rod Theory: How he deflected press attention from himself to widespread corruption elsewhere; his 4-point strategy for dealing with negative and fake press; tips for calling out media corruption; and more.
Are You Allergic to Glyphosate?
For Beyond 50's "Natural Healing" talks, listen to an interview with Glenn Parnham, a health educator of International Health from Arizona. He is back again to talk about the weed killer, glyphosate. Commercially used by the agriculture industry since 1975, it has been linked to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Leaky Gut Syndrome. What many don't realize is that the root problem behind celiac disease and and gluten intolerance is really an allergic reaction to glyphosate. A whole industry has been created to cover it up. And, glyphosate is the most deadly water-soluble antibiotic made for man. Parnham warns that it has been found, not only in many foods, but also the water we drink. He'll share a natural and effective solution on how to detox glyphosate on a cellular level.

Portland Christian Science Lecture Series:
The Law of Love
Thursday, November 5
Hosted by the Portland Christian Science Lecture Series, their next guest speaker is Anne Melville, CSB on "The Law of Love." She'll explain about the law of Love as a central theme of the Bible. It is that law which the ancient prophets caught wonderful glimpses of, and which saved the ancient peoples of the Bible from disease, famine, slavery and enemy forces when they turned to God. It is the law that was behind Christ Jesus' healing ministry, which he taught his followers so they could heal, too. This same law of Love is demonstrated in Christian Science healing today. The online lecture is on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7:15 p.m. (Pacific Time)/10:15 p.m. (Eastern Time). To participate, go to pdxcslectureseries.com.
