Friday, July 29
12 p.m. (PT)/2 p.m. (Central)/3 p.m. (ET)
A Live & Online Broadcast

There's nothing wrong with "living in the now" - except that it's only part of our story. For Beyond 50's "Personal Growth" talks, listen to an interview with John P. Schuster. He'll expose the many ways we ignore, distort, or become captive to our pasts and will explain how we can tap into this underutilized treasure trove. The negative experiences of our past must be recast - reinterpreted so that they no longer lessen our possiblities, but rather serve to expand our understanding of who we are and what we can be.

Don Jose Campos
&
The Ayahuasca Plant
For Beyond 50's "Spirituality" talks, listen to an interview with filmmaker Michael Wiese on his transformative experiences with Peruvian shaman Don Jose Campos of Pucallpa, Peru. Internationally respected, Campos introduced Wiese to the practice and benefits of Ayahuasca, the psychoactive plant brew that, according to the latest finds, has been used for healing by Amazonian shamans for as long a 70,000 years. Ayahuasca is called a plant teacher because it can heal physical, psychological and emotional blocks. Through vivid visions, Ayahuasca takes the patient to other realms and dimensions, providing profound insights into human beings' true nature and place in the cosmos.

Phase 2 of the Recession -
Too Big to Bail!

The Recession Cartoon

For Beyond 50's "Economics" talks, we will be having Bert Dohmen on the program. He is a nationally renowned financial analyst. Dohmen had successfully predicted the economic meltdown of September 2008. Over the past 33 years, he has called the start of every recession, often on the exact month or within one month, of the official start as determined by the official arbiter of recession, the NBER (National Bureau of Economic Research).

Dohmen states that "the new recession has started." The economy, based on the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is not in growth, but actually in a very sharp contraction.

We're getting into Phase 2 of the Recession. The last recession crisis of 2008 was only confined to the private sector, like financial institutions. The next big one will involve the threatened default of entire countries. The last time, the central banks bailed out the financial firms. Will they be big enough to bail out entire countries or will the term of "too big to fail" become "too big to bail?"

Beyond 50 will let you know when we'll have Bert Dohmen on the program for an interview this Summer. We highly recommend that you subscribe to his newsletter, the "Wellingington Letter." Subscribers of his service have unusual loyalty. Many have followed him for 14 years.
